Erica Weaver

A specialist in Old English and Anglo-Latin poetry and schoolroom texts, Erica Weaver is Assistant Professor of English at UCLA. Her current book project traces the role of distraction in the development of early medieval literature and literary theory, with a related article forthcoming in New Literary History. She is also co-editor of The Legacy of Boethius in Medieval England: The Consolation and its Afterlives (ACMRS, 2018) and Dating Beowulf: Studies in Intimacy (forthcoming from Manchester UP).
