Jaehyun Jo, 3rd year Ph.D. student in East Asian linguistics, has currently been working on how Korean speakers manage to express their perception of self- and other identities in naturally occurring interaction. Before coming to UCLA in 2015, he had taught at Wellesley College, Qatar International Academy, Yonsei University, and the University of Costa Rica.
