Nina Bjekovic

Nina Bjekovic is a third-year PhD student in the Department of Italian at UCLA, where she also received her BA and her MA. Nina specializes in 20th and 21st century Italian literature, with an emphasis on Triestine writers and poets. Her research investigates the questions of transnationalism, border identities, minor literature, and Mitteleuropa.
