Patrick Bonczyk

Patrick Bonczyk is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Musicology at UCLA. He combines his commitment to teaching writing across the disciplines with a Graduate Certificate in Writing Pedagogy and as the Writing II Teaching Assistant Coordinator (TAC) for Writing Programs. As a Mellon-EPIC Fellow, Patrick is interested in designing units toward transferable writing skills, including creating assignments for the revision process, as well as developing strategies for teaching rhetorical and persuasive writing skills for students in STEM fields.
