Course Design and Assessment Techniques
The Course Design and Assessment Techniques seminar allowed faculty and graduate students to engage directly with educational research, including cognitive science, social psychology, and learning analytics. The participants in this seminar read and discussed relevant literature and investigated a set of topics basic to course design and assessment. As in the Inclusive Classrooms STE, participants worked on adapting general theories of course design and assessment to specific contexts of humanities teaching and learning.
